Writer's Block: Happy birthday John Lennon!

Do you think there will ever be world peace?
As long as hate still remains in any person's heart, then we cannot achieve world peace.

Inspiration strikes!

I am plotting new BTR fic. I haven't written fanfiction in a long time but I'm super psyched right now.

Fanfic writing is a risky business

Whenever I sit down and try to write Glee fanfiction, I always come back to Big Time Rush.

Whenever I set out to write Klaine, I end up thinking of Jarlos.

Oh well. I suppose old habits die hard. :)

Lazy Sundays

A lazy Sunday indeed

Woah, my birthday is in 10 days! I was born on the same day as Yuri Gagarin, the first man in space. I think that's pretty cool. Plus he's the only famous person I know who was born on my birthday. So we're representin' for March 9th! :)

Oh man, I really need to write a Klaine fic. I haven't posted anything to the community since I've joined... also I miss my friends over at BTR. I should write something to appease the gods. Hmm.

There are no good Warriors communities here. And by "good" I mean active. :/

Bandanas Are Cool!

It's like a ghost town all up in here!

I haven't done anything worthwhile on here for so long. :( No fanfic, no nothin'. School started getting into full swing in the month or so leading up the end of the semester, and since then I haven't been on much.

So far I've turned into a giant Klaine shipper. For real. Sometimes I feel kind of bad for jumping ship between Kurt/Sam and Kurt/Blaine, but right now the Klaine storyline is the most interesting to me, and as a bonus I also love Darren Criss. One of my friends showed me AVPM last year, and I loved it. I was excited to see Darren come to Glee.

Kurt is the HBIC Here

That's what you missed on Glee!

So tonight, as we are watching the "Silly Love Songs" episode of Glee, the 'When I Get You Alone' scene comes on. My family speculates who Blaine is really going to sing to, and when the Gap guy is shown on screen my brother calls him Jeremy. I agreed that Jeremy was a cool name. Then when Blaine addressed the Gap guy by name-- "Jeremiah, I..."

I yelled, "OH! You were really close!" I wonder when my brother turned into a prognosticator.

I can't even think of a creative name for this post. :/

School has been causing me to lurk around the interwebs in my spare time off from doing homework/preparing for finals, so I haven't been able to log on for a long time! I feel out of the loop, and I swear there's an episode of BTR I missed that I can't find.

So, I freaked out this week because Chris Colfer and Darren Criss were on the cover of Entertainment Weekly as Kurt and Blaine. They had a special report about gay teens on TV. I was so happy to see them in my mailbox. hah hah :)

Adios and much love!

Bandanas Are Cool!

2011, here we come!

Whoo, it's my first post of the new year~! And my first post in a long time.

In random assorted news, I've started reading The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake, which I read about in one of my mother's Oprah magazines. I'm not very far, but it looks pretty good. :) I finished reading A Yellow Raft in Blue Water for school, and I have to say that while it was a good book, I'm not catching the overall significance of the title.

I got a laptop for Christmas to replace my 3-year-old desktop computer. :) I also got the third Professor Layton game--I'm addicted! :D I had a very nice Christmas with my family.

My new year's resolution... well, I haven't made one yet. Get back to me on that one.

Random happenings

Okay, so the one BTR song I don't like is "Boyfriend". My brother likes to tease me about it. So my family is at a Mexican restaurant eating lunch, and for some reason that comes up. My brother begins to sing the lyrics--"lookin' for a boyfriend..." I join in jokingly on "I see that!" (my brother never sings the "you're" in front of that first line, and this is probably what caused the following conversation).

My mom says, "they're looking for a boyfriend?"

This is exactly what my dad had said a couple weeks ago (we were also in a Mexican restaurant at the time, but my mom wasn't there) in response to me and my brother singing the first few lines.

"No, no!" I say, laughing. "It says 'you're lookin' for a boyfriend'."

"Oh." *topic switches to something completely unrelated to BTR*

The best part is that, when my dad had that reaction earlier, he continued the conversation as follows:

"Oh, I thought they were looking for a boyfriend." *pause* "That one with the helmet wouldn't surprise me." (obviously, he meant Carlos)

That comment seriously made my entire day. It took all my self-control not to reply with some Jarlos-related comment.

On a rather random side note, I was watching this Disney XD show called 'Zeke and Luther' with the kid I was babysitting tonight. It was so funny, and of course there's a little Zeke/Luther going on in my head right now.
